- What is the password requirement for accounts?
- Password security is checked dynamically using a password strength estimator and requires a score of at least 3/5. There are no strict password length or character requirements but there are some general guidelines you can use to increase the strength of your password to an acceptable level:
- Avoid using common passwords
- Don't use your name, email address, or other personal information
- Use a longer password (12 characters or more)
- Avoid using sequential or repeated characters
- Use a combination of upper and lower-case letters, numbers, and special characters
Alternatively you can use a password manager to generate and store a secure password. We recommend Bitwarden as it is free, open source, and works cross-platform/cross-device. - I'm trying to confirm my account/reset my password, why am I not receiving an email?
- Make sure that you spelt your email address correctly when registering an account. To check that your account was created under the correct email, you can attempt to register another account with the same email address.
If your email address is correct, please check your spam folder.
If you're sure you did not receive a confirmation email, you can resend it HERE.
And if you did not receive a password reset email, you can resend it HERE.
If you have checked your spam folder and are still having issues receiving emails, please contact us at info@eeyouth.org.au so we can investigate further. - Why does the button/link in my password reset or account confirmation email say "Something went wrong!" when I open it?
- The links sent in password reset and account confirmation emails are only valid for 1 hour. If it has been longer than this since they were sent, you will need to send a new one from HERE for password resets or HERE for account confirmations.
Sending a new email also invalidates the link/s in previous emails, so ensure you are using the link from the most recent email.
If you continue to have issues with email links, please contact us at info@eeyouth.org.au so we can investigate further. - How and where is my data stored?
- All sensitive data is securely stored and processed using Amazon Web Services' (AWS) world leading cloud services, ensuring top-notch security and reliability. Specifically we operate in the ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) region resulting in a guarantee of Australia-only data residency.
Some external services are used to provide additional functionality, data passed through these services is carefully considered to ensure security and privacy, and where possible we use services that provide Australian data sovereignty even when sensitive data is not involved. For in-depth information on our data storage and processing please see our Privacy Policy or contact us at info@eeyouth.org.au. - If a TAR3 plan link is shared with multiple people to provide input, does everyone have access to the responses?
- Yes. TAR3 plans are living documents, meaning as soon as one person saves an updated version of the TAR3 plan (be that an organisation member or someone with access through a shared link), all future access to that plan will see the updated version.
Currently, there is no notification to signal those with the plan open that an update has been made by someone else, however this is a planned feature. - When a TAR3 plan is edited through a shared link, how does the organisation receive the data back?
- The new information is available immediately after edits are saved through a shared link by accessing the Edit or Generate functions of the TAR3 plan.
Currently, there is no notification to signal to the plan organisation/plan sharer that an update has been made, however this is a planned feature. - If an organisation edits a TAR3 plan after sharing the link with a parent/carer, will that parent/carer be able to view and edit the plan if it's still within the 7-day period that the link is valid for?
- Yes. Editing a TAR3 plan does not affect the shared link associated with that plan. It will continue to provide access to the Edit feature of the TAR3 plan in its most up-to-date state for the duration of its validity period.
- Can the shared link be used to open and edit the TAR3 Plan on a mobile device?
- Yes, the shared link is functional on mobile devices. However, if co-ordinating with a parent/carer the preferred method should be to have them download the TAR3Connect app on their mobile device and use it to update and share their child's data with the organisation (and any other organisations they wish to collaborate with). This gives them ownership of where/how their child's health data is accessed/used, and allows them to view the most recent outputs (ISPs, etc) of the plan.
